DE CAR\u00c1CTER SOCIAL: <\/strong>Las asociaciones no lucrativas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POSICI\u00d3N\u00a0DE LA PERSONA JUR\u00cdDICA DEL ESTADO EN LA \u00a0LEGISLACI\u00d3N\u00a0GUATEMALTECA: Art. 115 c\u00f3digo civil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el derecho guatemalteco se reconocen varias clases pero aunque no dentro del derecho administrativo sino dentro del derecho civil.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>PERSONALIDAD\u00a0POL\u00cdTICA\u00a0DEL ESTADO:<\/strong><\/strong> Es la actuaci\u00f3n del estado a trav\u00e9s de la manifestaci\u00f3n del poder p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>TEOR\u00cdAS\u00a0DE LA PERSONALIDAD\u00a0POL\u00cdTICA\u00a0DEL ESTADO:<\/p>\n<p>Teor\u00eda del estado absoluto, teor\u00eda del estado gendarme y la teor\u00eda del estado de derecho.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEOR\u00cdA DEL ESTADO ABSOLUTO: <\/strong>Se refiere a la monarqu\u00eda, en donde el monarca est\u00e1 encima de la ley, por ser la fuente de la misma.
